Keeping the fitness fun going at Westcroft! 🧡
After the Stoke session, we carried on with some gentle throwing and catching using orange balls of different weights - perfect for challenging balance, coordination, and strength.

Residents who didn’t join the main session jumped right in, with lots of laughs, encouragement, and great effort!
