Saintbridge House Care Home

I would like to say a very big thank you to all at Saintbridge who cared for my mother over the last two and a half years. I really appreciate the care that was shown to Mum by all of the staff – each and every one of them were fantastic with her. Also what a fantastic job one staff member in particular does, myself and all the family loved seeing the photos put on social media of Mum having a lovely time, joining in with activities and going out for lunch or day’s out to the seaside.

Also she was there giving the family support in the last few hours of Mum’s life. At some point in the near future I will be in touch with you about putting a Memorial bench in your garden so that other residents can sit and enjoy the lovely flowers and garden as she did. Many thanks.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at Saintbridge for the care that gave to support my sister in the last weeks of her life. Their care and compassion were beautiful to watch, in a situation where as a family you could feel quite helpless.

It’s hard to adequately describe the brilliance of the team that makes this home so exceptional. Dad was a resident for only five weeks, but it was such a positive experience. He spent his final night and day here after a short hospital stay, and the calmness and care over that 24 hours will stay with us forever, and we will be forever thankful that the home was so accommodating, making it happen.

The whole team are amazing, whatever role they undertake, management, clinical team, care team, catering and cleaning. Thank you, Saintbridge.

Both my mother and my aunt spent their final years living under the care of Saintbridge House. The care they both received was excellent, and they were treated with dignity and respect by the caring and professional staff. Whenever I visited, I found the surroundings to be clean and beautifully decorated, and the residents were often engaged in interesting activities. There was lots of stimulation to keep the residents entertained.

They celebrated many different festivals and special occasions and shared photos of all the activities for relatives to see. This meant a lot to me as I live far away and was keen to know that my relatives were happy. The staff were also very good at communicating with myself and my sister.

Saintbridge House is excellent. There is always a relaxed and very calm atmosphere in the home. The management team are amazing; they are caring, helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are easily available to answer any questions.

My dad is a resident and is very well cared for by all the staff, who have built up a good relationship with him. They are so caring to the residents and their families. The standard of care that is provided is outstanding. I highly recommend Saintbridge House to anyone looking for a caring, loving home for their loved ones.

I can’t thank the staff enough for giving us peace of mind at a very difficult time in our relatives’ lives. Both Mum and Aunty had dementia in addition to other medical needs, and I feel that they were made to feel happy and secure in the Home.

A great big Thank You to all staff and carers of Saintbridge House, for your compassion, friendship and care shown to our Mother and ourselves during her short but peaceful, loving stay with you all this year. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts, with eternal gratitude.
