We had a fantastic afternoon at Saintbridge with our wonderful physiotherapist, Alice, leading an interactive exercise session!
Everyone got stuck into some gentle stretching and strength building using the bright yellow resistance bands. It was a brilliant, fun way to work on our mobility while sharing plenty of laughs around the room. Thank you, Alice! 🌟😊
