Saintbridge House has been rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). ⭐
The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England, and their ‘Outstanding’ rating is the highest possible recognition a care home can receive. Nationally, only a small percentage of homes achieve this - approximately 4-5% - making it a truly significant milestone.
For us, this means so much more than a rating. It reflects the compassion, dedication and consistency our incredible team bring every single day. We have always believed in delivering care of the highest standard - but to have that recognised officially is something we are immensely proud of.
Saintbridge House is also now one of two homes rated ‘Outstanding’ within the 3AB Care family, across a group of six nursing homes - reflecting a long-standing commitment to quality, consistency, and high standards of care.
Anyone who has visited Saintbridge House, or been part of our community, will know just how unique it is. This recognition simply puts into words what we have always strived for - and what our residents and families experience every day.
This is a moment to celebrate, but also a moment to thank our entire team, our residents, and their families for being part of what makes Saintbridge House so special.
