We had a lovely time in the lounge this week, doing gentle exercises with colourful ribbons! 🙆‍♀️🙆
Ribbons are brilliant because they’re joint-friendly, easy to use while seated, and great for building strength, flexibility, coordination and balance!
Thank you Alice for making these sessions so enjoyable and a big well done to our residents!
