Our residents had a lovely time last week exploring the steelpan drums. Even with the warm weather, everyone brought fantastic energy, with plenty of people stepping up to try playing a tune themselves. A beautifully relaxed, musical afternoon! 🥁

We had a wonderful surprise at Saintbridge this week when the lovely Martin pulled up in his Mr Whippy ice cream van! Both residents and team absolutely loved cooling down with a delicious ice cream treat. A massive thank you to our amazing management team for organising this! 🙌🍦

We adapted our exercise routine to the sunshine this week with a focus on staying cool and comfortable!
Our residents enjoyed a session of very gentle movement, focusing on easy arm and leg stretches without overdoing it in the heat.
The perfect finale was a round of refreshing ice lollies to keep everyone smiling and cooled down! 💪🏽🍦
