We had a lovely time in the lounge this week, doing gentle exercises with colourful ribbons! 🙆‍♀️🙆
Ribbons are brilliant because they’re joint-friendly, easy to use while seated, and great for building strength, flexibility, coordination and balance!
Thank you Alice for making these sessions so enjoyable and a big well done to our residents!

Bear brought plenty of joy and calm during his pet therapy visit to Saintbridge this week!

We had a very productive Garden Project session this week - clearing blackberry bushes, trimming, and starting on the flower beds ready for our new flowers! 🪏🌳🌻

We headed off to Gloucester Services for tea and cake this week! ☕️🍰
Our residents had a wonderful time - enjoying a good natter, relaxing and soaking up the peaceful view of the pond. A perfect way to start the month with a change of scenery!
