Our residents had a brilliant physical activity session working on strength and mobility using exercise resistance bands!
Regular light resistance training is fantastic for improving flexibility, joint health, and muscle strength while staying seated and comfortable. Everyone gave it 100% and had a lot of fun keeping active together! 💪

To round off the month and celebrate National Dog Day, our residents got super creative making our very own custom Crossword and Scrabble boards - all themed around our favourite dog breeds! 🐕

We had the absolute best time at Saintbridge last weekend for our Wild West summer fete! ☀️🐎🤠

A huge, special thank you goes to our incredible team for pulling such a fantastic event together. Our residents had a blast getting involved beforehand to help craft all the wonderful props! We want to give a massive shoutout to our activities team for their endless hard work and dedication in making the day such a success. 👏

Thank you to everyone who came along, bought raffle tickets, joined in the line dancing, tucked into the delicious food, and tried their hand at all the different games! It was a day full of laughter, fun and wonderful memories. 🍩🤠🎟️
