We adapted our exercise routine to the sunshine this week with a focus on staying cool and comfortable!
Our residents enjoyed a session of very gentle movement, focusing on easy arm and leg stretches without overdoing it in the heat.
The perfect finale was a round of refreshing ice lollies to keep everyone smiling and cooled down! 💪🏽🍦

A successful day of 'memory fishing' in the lounge! 🐟 We spent a wonderful afternoon diving into past memories, using these fun prompts to spark conversations about hot weather, dancing, and seaside trips. There were so many great stories shared, plenty of laughs, and a lovely bit of nostalgia for everyone involved!
