A unforgettable night of celebration for The Heathers! 🥂🏆✨
Last Thursday, our team attended the Care & Support West Awards, and we could not be prouder of our incredible finalists!

🌟 Sarah was named a finalist in the Ancillary Support & Volunteering category and was awarded a Highly Commended certificate! After retiring as a Senior Care Assistant, Sarah returned to us as a volunteer - bringing steady, comforting support to our home simply because she cares 💚

🏆 Salma took home the WINNER trophy in the Nursing & Palliative Care category! The judges praised Salma for her compassionate leadership, Gold Standard Framework excellence, and the safe, comforting environment she creates for our residents and their families. 👏✨
