| Dear all I am writing to express our gratitude as a family for the care and compassion shown to our late Father during his time with you. Your staff were unfailingly kind, caring and approachable and we would like you to pass on our appreciation to all involved. Obviously due to COVID we didn’t get to know a lot of the staff that cared for our Father but would like to mention Dania and Ed who always made us feel welcome and Renata who kept us informed and involved in his care.
