For over eight years, Priya has led The Willows Care Home with a strong background in Business Management and HR and a deep commitment to exceptional care.
Priya’s mission is simple: to turn the care home into a true HOME, where residents feel respected, cared for, and treated with dignity—one big Willows family.

Yvonne Manton – Registered Manager
With a lifelong passion for caring for older adults, Yvonne has been part of The Willows Care Home since 2016. A Registered Nurse and Registered Manager, she brings decades of experience, from the NHS to private care and consultancy roles.
Yvonne’s greatest joy is mentoring her team, instilling respect and compassion for working with older adults. To her, The Willows isn’t just a workplace, it’s a second family.
Yvonne says: “Every resident holds a special place in my heart. The Willows is more than just a care home—it’s a home filled with warmth, respect, and love.”

A proud nurse with over 30 years’ experience and 25 in management, Irene is dedicated to high-quality, person-centred care. With expertise in complex care, compliance, and leadership, she brings exemplary interpersonal skills and commitment to delivering optimum care aligned with personal preferences, to ensure safe, and consistent approach to health and wellbeing.
Irene truly takes her role to the next level. Her daily commitment and genuine love for what she does bring comfort and wellbeing to those in her care.
