Employee of the Month Awards

Here at Westcroft Nursing Home we recognise Our Staff efforts and hard work. As such we introduced an Employee of the Month Award Scheme. This is awarded to an employee who has gone “Above and Beyond”, their normal expected duties of work. Awards are handed out to Staff in the Monthly Staff Meetings and Staff are given a gift voucher and a certificate, a copy of which is also displayed in the Main Hallway in the Home.
